About the Owner
How time flies! We have been coming to Hilton Head and especially Sea Pines since our children were very small. We all fell in love with Sea Pines and our happiest memories are here. One of those memories includes our daughter’s wedding on the beach. Our children are adults now with children of their own. However when they were in college they always found time to come along any time we were here. This is one of the most wonderful places in the world to have quality family time. It is possible to shut out all the distractions of busy lives at home and focus on enjoying each other. We live and work in the Atlanta area and have 3 adult children and four grandchildren. Eventually when retirement comes, we plan to move permanently to Sea Pines.

Why The Owner chose Sea Pines
We are veteran renters with specific tastes in rental property. Being from Atlanta we wanted properties without the sight and sound of traffic. We wanted places that were light and bright that did not look dated. We prefer beach decor and water views. Pleasing outdoor areas with seating are a must. On site pool and tennis are important. We have stayed in so many different properties in Sea Pines that we know the unique features and advantages of each. We always loved Inland Harbour and found it very convenient to everything in Sea Pines. It is easy to get out the gate to make a quick trip to the grocery stores or restaurants. Also so many amenities are within a short walk or bike ride. We never tire of our view or the sound of the fountain. Also the golfers are very entertaining.
What makes this condo unique
We enjoy breakfast by the water. The views are incredible. Riding bikes is a favorite pass time. The bike paths are all paved, mostly shaded and flat. This is easy riding for anyone. We enjoy sitting and watching the waves and sunset over the ocean in the evenings. We love the live oaks and the incredible landscaping in our area. Everything in Sea Pines is so clean and well maintained. Our area is especially nice. Most of all we enjoy the escape from our busy lives with an ability to live in the moment without planning anything beyond the next meal or activity.
This is a very peaceful place.

Perfect getaway!!
We are frequent visitors to Sea Pines as we have family there, but it was our first time renting a place of our own. I did extensive research before choosing this property and we were thrilled.
As others have previously stated, this property is in the PERFECT location. You can walk to the Sea Pines Center (I loved the spa) and also the pizza place and the Low Country Market there are fabulous. Truffles is also in that shopping center which is always a favorite. You can also walk to Harbourtown which we did frequently. Our children loved the playground there as well.
It is a beautifully maintained property and the owners were very accessible and welcoming. We absolutely LOVED the deck which overlooked the lagoon and we were always sitting outside. We were fortunate to have beautiful weather for our entire week.
We loved watching all of the turtles, osprey and alligators from the deck as well.
We went to the beach a few times and it was so nice that even beach towels were provided!
Also, this is the first year we ever did the Pirate Cruise and I would highly recommend it for young children.
We love visiting the animals at Lawton Stables- it is free and a lot of fun!
We truly hope to be able to return next year.
Thanks again for a much needed vacation after a LONG winter in the Northeast!
Golfing vacation
My husband and I rented this property (our first VRBO experience) and were very, very pleased. The owners were responsive and very interested in making our stay comfortable. The home was very clean, and unlike what we expected, it felt like home. While we didn’t use many of the items available to us (bikes, TV, phone, pool) they were all there for our use. The view from the deck is especially enjoyable as it overlooks a lagoon and the golf course on the other side of the lagoon. The other great part of this property is the location. It is very close to Harbourtown, newspapers, and several restaurants. At the same time, it was quiet and secluded. Of course, there are many golf courses in the area-our reason to vacation here. We hope to return and recommend it to others.
Fabulous Propert Rental
This was our third vacation in Hilton Head and I must say the best one so far! Very nice and clean condo. Everything about this property is perfect even the property owners! GREAT people to work with they let you know the does and dont’s on the island as well as giving you information on different tourist actions in the area. If HHI turns out to be our destination again this year we will be staying in this condo!!! Thank you for leering our family stay in your rental.
Great condo, great location, the best vacation!
Our family of 5 stayed in this condo on our vacation in July of 2012. This was our second vacation on the island, and by far the better one! We absolutely loved this condo! With its location, the views, pool, and tennis courts it was the best place to stay for our family vacation. We liked the layout of the condo with kitchen, dining and living rooms downstairs and 2 separate bedrooms upstairs; it is very spacious and has lots of day light. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh. We also liked the furniture and all vacation-themed decor. The condo has a great location, quiet and secluded, with walking distance to Harbour Town and short bike/car ride to Sea Pines Beach Club.
We absolutely love Sea Pines and Hilton Head Island. It is one of our favorite places for summer vacation: beach in the morning, pool, tennis and bike rides in the afternoon, dinner in a local restaurant in the evening. Even the memory of it all makes me smile and want to come back!
If you are looking for rental for your next vacation, look no more. This condo does not feel like rental, it feels more like home!
A Vacation to Remember
We had a wonderful week with our family at this lovely condo. The deck was a great place to sit and watch the birds and golfers! And the turtles and alligators kept the kids entertained. The condo was exactly as described, clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having the bikes to pedal around the island. It was convenient to have the trolley across the street to take us to Harbor Town. If you like golf, tennis and outdoor activities Hilton Head is the place to be. We definitely plan to come back to this condo!
